Report Delivery

All reports from Review Your Vessel are delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout once payment is successfully processed and required vessel details are confirmed.

Delivery timelines may vary based on data availability and verification requirements.


Accuracy of Information

Our reports are created using trusted maritime databases, government records, and verified industry sources.

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee absolute completeness, as certain records may be unavailable, restricted, or not recently updated.

Reports are intended to support informed decision-making and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial or purchase decisions.


Refund Eligibility

Once a report has been successfully delivered, the service is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • The report was not delivered, and

  • Correct and complete vessel information was provided by the customer.

Refunds will not be issued for reports generated using incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate vessel details supplied by the customer.


Data Privacy

Customer information, including name, email address, and vessel details, is used strictly for report generation and delivery purposes.

Review Your Vessel does not sell, trade, or share personal data with third parties.


Limitation of Liability

Review Your Vessel is not liable for financial losses, damages, or decisions made solely based on the information contained in the reports.

By purchasing a report, customers acknowledge that the service is informational in nature.
